Support can be provided for young adults living in the family home through our domiciliary care services which provide personal care programmes tailored to the needs of each young person and their family.
We also provide 24 hour personal care for young adults living in their own home in the community, where they can experience a high level of independence within a safe, supervised environment supported by dedicated, experienced and well trained staff.
We believe that through an individual and holistic approach, combined with robust policies and procedures, we have rigorous monitoring processes to ensure positive outcome are achieved by the adults we support.
